Big changes often fail because they’re overwhelming. Instead, aim for tiny, consistent shifts. Want to eat healthier? Start by swapping one snack a day for a healthier option. Small wins compound over time into massive transformation.

4. Use Triggers for Good

Your habits are tied to cues—a time, place, or emotion that signals a behavior. Use those triggers to your advantage.

  • Feeling stressed? Let that be your cue to take a deep breath instead of reaching for junk food.

  • Seeing your running shoes? Let that remind you it’s time for a quick walk.

5. Commit to Progress, Not Perfection

You’ll slip up, and that’s okay. Transformation isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting back on track when you stumble.
